General McArthurs is a family owned and operated restaraunt located in Laurinburg, NC. It first opened it's doors in October of 1987 and has grown to become one of the premier restraunts of locals. Their large buffet offers a wide variety of both country style cooking and seafood. Not to mention one of the best salad bars in Scotland county and a dessert bar to die for. The menu ranges from old fashioned BBQ and fried chicken to down-home chicken and pastry or stew beef and rice; a local favorite. For those in a hurry, General McArthurs provides take-out.
